Chaperone services for those special occasions when your dog has to be there too!
Organising a special event such as a wedding or milestone birthday can be both exciting and demanding. To many people, a dog is family, a devoted friend who shares in every moment, both ordinary and special. Celebrations are for the whole family and that includes your dog. Our Guest of Honour service allows your dog not only to attend your event, but to be a part of it too.
I offer a completely personalised service with a flexible plan tailored to meet the needs of both you and your dog. Your dog will have their very own chaperone to provide full supervision and care throughout the event.
While you are saying I do or dancing the night away, I will ensure your dog is content, comfortable and well looked after, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment. Whether it is greeting guests or posing for those all important photographs, you can have complete peace of mind knowing your faithful companion is being cared for with the utmost attention.
As a qualified dog trainer, I can also help your dog take on any special roles during the day, such as ring bearer or guest greeter, ensuring they feel confident and included in every part of your celebration.
When it is time for your dog to leave the celebration, they will be chauffeured back to my home in an air conditioned vehicle for their own mini break at my fully licensed home from home boarding, rated five stars by Mid Sussex District Council and located in Copthorne, West Sussex.
Our bespoke service allows you to tailor your package to suit your plans. You can add extra nights before or after your event, or arrange an extended stay while you enjoy your honeymoon, giving you complete flexibility and peace of mind that your dog is happy, relaxed and in safe hands.
I am DBS checked, licensed and fully insured. As a qualified dog trainer and behaviourist, I hold a Level 4 qualification in Canine Behaviour and Consultations with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT), where I am also an accredited member.

To include:
- Initial consultation
- Meeting your Guest of Honour and going on a short walk together to get to know your dog
- Visiting your venue prior to the day
- Arriving at the venue up to 30 minutes before the ceremony or party begins
- Up to four hours of personal dog chaperone service as per needs discussed
- Liaising with the venue
- Co-ordinating with the photographer on the day
Meet and Greet
If you would like your dog to meet and greet guests, I can assist with this role on the day.
Additional prices tailored to your individual needs:
- Dress rehearsal attendance (recommended so your dog is comfortable and familiar with your plans)
- Training sessions for walking down to aisle
- Additional night’s accommodation
- Extra dog
- Dog wash and groom, so your Bestie is looking as good as you on your big day
- Accessorise your pet with a flower garland or bow tie
Overnight stay and dog chauffeur service
One night’s accommodation and dog chauffeur to and from the venue (within a 20 mile radius – extra mileage will be charged after this according to rates on the day).
For a nominal fee your dog can be chauffeured back to stay in our fully licensed home from home accommodation, based in West Sussex.
